This "middle-of-the road" style of worship draws on the traditions of our past as well as providing opportunities for children and people of all ages to be involved.
The music includes a blend of music from the past and present; the liturgy involves the use of activity and symbols, with an emphasis on informal sharing and a message you can act on and prayer for the world around us.

Playgroup is an opportunity for parents to spend time with their children, to play, meet other parents in the area and glean some support for that all important task of raising the next generation!
Here at Coatesville we have a dedicated Early Childhood Centre which accommodates two playgroups a day, Monday to Saturday.

We are affiliated with PlayGroup Vic. The costs are $50.00 per family with children under the age of 2 years, and $70.00 per family with children between 2-4 years. This amount is payable by the term. Read more!

Sunday Morning Children’s Discipleship Program

We provide and encourage children to use a variety of ways to develop their relationship with God.
During worship there are opportunities to engage with Scripture, share in singing and prayer, and to share the stories of people’s faith. Read more!

Sunday Morning Crèche & Crying Room

Whilst we welcome all children at our worship events, we know that sometimes they need space to move or just need to have a grizzle.

The Foyer of the Chapel offers space to allow this without parents feeling their child is intruding on the worship needs of others. A congregational member is available to care for small children to allow parents some space to worship.

Coatesville Uniting Church has a terrific relationship with both Coatesville Primary School, and local congregations who join together to offer Christian Religious Education.

Requiring about an hour a week, including preparation time, this is a rewarding and challenging way to help young students develop a solid ethical and moral base, and explore the relevance of the Gospel stories with today's world. Read more!
